Kunkle 920 Safety Relief Valve — 1-1/2″ x 2-1/2″ NPT, H Orifice (Organic Fluid (PVG) ASME Section I, Metal Seat)

The Kunkle 920 is a full-nozzle carbon steel safety relief valve built specifically for organic fluid and thermal-fluid vaporizers, carrying the ASME Section I ‘V’ stamp. Supplied with a threaded cap as a Section I ‘V’ special-use (PVG) valve. This 1-1/2″ x 2-1/2″ NPT variant — H orifice, 0.864 in² — covers a 15–500 PSI set pressure range on organic fluid vapor service with a metal seat. Body is carbon steel (SA216 Gr. WCB) with 316 stainless trim and a hard chrome plated disc holder; temperature range -20°F to 800°F.
