The Kunkle 927 is a full-nozzle carbon steel safety relief valve built specifically for high-temperature, high-pressure hot water boilers, carrying the ASME Section I ‘V’ stamp. Supplied with a packed lift lever to contain discharge on hot water service. This 1″ x 1″ NPT variant — D orifice, 0.121 in² — covers a 15–1400 PSI set pressure range on hot water service with a metal seat. Body is carbon steel (SA216 Gr. WCB) with 316 stainless trim and a hard chrome plated disc holder; temperature range -20°F to 800°F. Overall height shown is for the packed lift lever configuration; add 1-1/4 in for set pressures above 200 PSI. Specify your required set pressure when requesting a quote.
