Kunkle 200H Liquid Relief Valve — 1-1/2″ x 1-1/2″ NPT (UL842 Fuel Oil, Metal Seat)

The Kunkle 200H is an extra-heavy bronze liquid relief valve, as model 20, UL842 listed for use with fuel oils. It is built for overpressure relief and protection of pumps, tanks, lines and hydraulic systems, and for pressure regulation and continuous by-pass relief. Inlet and outlet connections are cast integral with the body, so the valve can be inspected and serviced without disconnecting the piping. This 1-1/2″ x 1-1/2″ NPT variant covers a 1–200 PSI set pressure range and relieves 10–137 GPM at 25% accumulation, with beveled seats lapped for tight shut-off and a stainless steel spring. Temperature range -60°F to 406°F. These are non-code valves — they carry no ASME stamp or National Board certification. Specify your required set pressure when requesting a quote.
