Kunkle 19 Liquid Relief Valve — 1/2″ x 3/4″ NPT (Handwheel, Metal Seat)

The Kunkle 19 is an extra-heavy bronze liquid relief valve, all bronze with a handwheel for easy adjustment within the spring range. It is built for overpressure relief and protection of pumps, tanks, lines and hydraulic systems, and for pressure regulation and continuous by-pass relief. Inlet and outlet connections are cast integral with the body, so the valve can be inspected and serviced without disconnecting the piping. This 1/2″ x 3/4″ NPT variant covers a 1–300 PSI set pressure range and relieves 1–16 GPM at 25% accumulation, with beveled seats lapped for tight shut-off and a stainless steel spring. Temperature range -60°F to 406°F. These are non-code valves — they carry no ASME stamp or National Board certification. The 1/2 in. size ships with a 3/4 in. outlet as standard; a 1/2 in. outlet is optional. Specify your required set pressure when requesting a quote.
