Kunkle 20P Liquid Relief Valve — 1/2″ x 3/4″ NPT (Packed Lift Lever, Metal Seat)

The Kunkle 20P is an extra-heavy bronze liquid relief valve, all bronze with a packed lift lever, suitable for up to 50 psig back pressure. It is built for overpressure relief and protection of pumps, tanks, lines and hydraulic systems, and for pressure regulation and continuous by-pass relief. Inlet and outlet connections are cast integral with the body, so the valve can be inspected and serviced without disconnecting the piping. This 1/2″ x 3/4″ NPT variant covers a 1–300 PSI set pressure range and relieves 1–16 GPM at 25% accumulation, with beveled seats lapped for tight shut-off and a stainless steel spring. Temperature range -60°F to 406°F. These are non-code valves — they carry no ASME stamp or National Board certification. The 1/2 in. size ships with a 3/4 in. outlet as standard; a 1/2 in. outlet is optional. Specify your required set pressure when requesting a quote.
