Kunkle 919 Safety Relief Valve — 1-1/2″ x 2-1/2″ NPT, H Orifice (Liquid ASME Section VIII, Buna-N (NBR) Seat)

The Kunkle 919 is a full-nozzle safety relief valve with bronze body and bonnet, full 316 stainless trim and a resilient soft seat, giving superior leak-free performance versus a metal seat. This 1-1/2″ x 2-1/2″ NPT variant — H orifice, 0.864 in² — is available across a 15–500 PSI range for Liquid ASME Section VIII service with a Buna-N (NBR) seat, carrying ASME Section VIII (UV stamp), National Board Certified. Temperature range -30°F to 250°F, set by the seat material. Neoprene, Silicone, Kalrez®, Aflas® and HNBR seats are also available — ask when requesting a quote. Threaded side outlet allows piped-off discharge to eliminate fugitive emissions.
