Kunkle 919 Safety Relief Valve — 1″ x 1-1/2″ NPT, F Orifice (Steam ASME Section VIII, EPR Seat)

The Kunkle 919 is a full-nozzle safety relief valve with bronze body and bonnet, full 316 stainless trim and a resilient soft seat, giving superior leak-free performance versus a metal seat. This 1″ x 1-1/2″ NPT variant — F orifice, 0.337 in² — is available across a 3–300 PSI range for Steam ASME Section VIII service with a EPR seat, carrying ASME Section VIII (UV stamp), National Board Certified. Temperature range -70°F to 400°F, set by the seat material. Neoprene, Silicone, Kalrez®, Aflas® and HNBR seats are also available — ask when requesting a quote. Threaded side outlet allows piped-off discharge to eliminate fugitive emissions.
