Kunkle 920 Safety Relief Valve — 2″ x 2″ NPT, G Orifice (Organic Fluid (PVG) ASME Section I, Metal Seat)

The Kunkle 920 is a full-nozzle carbon steel safety relief valve built specifically for organic fluid and thermal-fluid vaporizers, carrying the ASME Section I ‘V’ stamp. Supplied with a threaded cap as a Section I ‘V’ special-use (PVG) valve. This 2″ x 2″ NPT variant — G orifice, 0.553 in² — covers a 15–600 PSI set pressure range on organic fluid vapor service with a metal seat. Body is carbon steel (SA216 Gr. WCB) with 316 stainless trim and a hard chrome plated disc holder; temperature range -20°F to 800°F. Overall height shown is for the threaded cap configuration; add 1-1/4 in for set pressures above 200 PSI. Specify your required set pressure when requesting a quote.
