The Kunkle 928 is a full-nozzle carbon steel safety relief valve built specifically for Section I liquid relief, carrying the ASME Section I ‘V’ stamp. Supplied with a packed lift lever and no drain plug for liquid service. This 1-1/4″ x 1-1/4″ NPT variant — E orifice, 0.216 in² — covers a 15–900 PSI set pressure range on liquid service with a metal seat. Body is carbon steel (SA216 Gr. WCB) with 316 stainless trim and a hard chrome plated disc holder; temperature range -20°F to 800°F. Overall height shown is for the packed lift lever configuration; add 1-1/4 in for set pressures above 200 PSI. Specify your required set pressure when requesting a quote.
